All Najma Skin products are carefully formulated and inspected before shipping. We offer USPS First Class Mail (Est 2-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail (Est 1-3 days) shipping for US orders under 99 USD. US customers with orders over 99 USD enjoy free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Non-US packages may ship via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Please note that all non-US customers may be subject to customs or import fees upon the delivery of their package.

 

Please note, we are unable to advise on the cost of import fees and do not accept responsibility for these costs.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Hygiene and our customers' safety are of great importance to us. To ensure proper hygiene and avoid the resale of used products, Najma Skin does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. You can be confident that the products you receive from us are clean, new, and untampered.

Orders returned and addressed by shipping carriers as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee and not eligible for a refund.
